In the music video recently shot in Las Vegas for her latest song, ‘I Stay in Love’, Mariah Carey plays a showgirl in distress, and her unfaithful love interest is played by hunky actor, model and now financial consultant — he graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2000 with a B.A. in Communications — Andrew Karelis.
Mariah’s husband, Nick Cannon, directed the video and confessed he found it difficult to watch his wife pretending to make love to another man: “We did it in, like, one take and I had to kick the dude out. It was one of those situations where I wasn’t intimidated but I could’ve knocked him out at any point.”
The real knock-out is Andrew anyway.
