Barack Obama is a major sensation in Germany. He spoke before a crowd of 200,000 in Berlin last summer as part of his European tour, and his rise to the White House was duly celebrated across the country this week. The November issue of gay magazine Männer is even running a feature story titled ‘Homobamania’ and wondering ‘Is America changing?’. For them, hope has the face of 21-year-old African-Italian model Anthony Gallo (above), who also appeared in Rihanna’s Take a Bow music video. Another 21-year-old hunk of Italian descent — also named Anthony — graces the cover of French magazine Pref (below), where the editors are also pondering the Obama phenomenon in a changing America. Belgian model Anthony Mungiovi won the Top Model Belgium contest last year, and is signed with Paris agency Karin Models. His body is the result of a strict 4 times a week regimen of running, swimming and weight-training.
