Dean Geyer joined Australia soap opera Neighbours in March 2008, where he plays law school drop-out and rising rock star Ty Harper. In the episode that aired Monday night on Ten, Geyer drops the shirt and slathers on the baby oil for a promotional shot for his character.
The tantalizing scene is a far cry from the more modest promotions the proud Christian has employed in real life, including his very public religious commitment to abstain from sex before marriage. Australian tabloids even wondered last summer if his vow to remain a virgin had been the reason behind his shock engagement split with The Veronicas’ twin Lisa Origliasso.
With a body like that, it’s reason enough, wethinks.
