Cyril Huillard is a highly skilled, versatile — English and Thai boxing, powerlifting, track and field and bodybuilding — and certified personal trainer based in Paris. The 6′2 and 198lbs 30-year-old is also columnist for Karate Bushido Magazine, and he just released his total body training method on DVD.

‘System Functional Training’ features various upper and lower body exercises performed without any kind of equipment — you just need the floor and a wall. And since each exercise is shown from different angles, it’s really easy to try them all at home, following Cyril’s precise instructions — even if you don’t understand French, you’d follow such a sweet and manly voice to the end of the world.
