Contributing Editor Magazine is zeroing in on Eastern Europe. Last time we checked, they were featuring Jarek Pietka of Poland, along with two French models. This time, they really mean business with ‘The Stranger’, a voluptuous editorial based on a single model coming straight from the Baltic state of Latvia, Mikus Lasmanis, photographed by Joe Lally.

The photographer is still doing his thing — in his own words: “printing the throb of desire” on his models — with less sugar, a tad more makeup, and in cold tones this time. We feel the throb indeed, and we credit Mikus for no small part of that.
