If George Duroy’s adult movies and their perfectly calibrated aesthetics are your thing, chances are you will remember the guy in the picture above as Bel Ami’s quintessential bottom fantasy boy Tommy Hansen. But 10 years of gymnastics and 8 of karate and kickboxing gave Filip Trojovský — that’s his real name — a killer body that opened quite a few doors outside the adult industry.

In 2005, he was a contestant of the Czech version of Big Brother, and caused a controversy when he revealed that he was a gay pornstar. At about the same time, having simultaneously worked as a mainstream model in the Czech Republic, Filip was chosen to be the new face of German dairy company Müller Milch for a TV commercial. In September 2005, however, German tabloid Bild revealed what it described as the ‘awful past’ of the actor, and Müller decided to withdraw the commercial.

All this brouhaha spurred the sales of Bel Ami products featuring Filip Trojovský. In contrast, Müller avoided a conservative backlash, but their sales of milky stuff remained flat.
