London-based and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design graduate Leon Mark had his photographic work featured in Dazed & Confused, i-D and Blackbook, among other high-fashion magazines. His London Boys editorial above will appear in the April 2009 issue of the Japanese edition of Dazed & Confused — no less than 22 male models were involved in the shooting! More of them in the gallery below.

Film maker Gregg Araki, writer Bret Easton Ellis and singer Courtney Love are among Mark’s main influences. About his style, here is we had to tell Theones2watch.com earlier this year: “I love the method of working with film, I like the fact you have something physical to keep afterwards and have to wait a little for the results from a darkroom. With my style I try to create something that I hope wont date to soon, something more timeless than a current trend.”
Very film-ish and timeless indeed are his latest portraits of Alex [left], and Ash Stymest [right, for Dazed and Confused UK].
