But this underwear heat storm — with a Latin slant — is also felt stateside, thanks to designer Nicholas Cassadine, a genuine Annapolis Naval Academy graduate who left the army to launch his Disco Valante label. The ripped boy above is 25-year-old Gregory Partsinevelos — that’s Greek and Puerto Rican heat combined.
